A family reached out to our Bedford Heights location with an urgent request, as they were in need of an accessible, side entry van by Thanksgiving. Their Dodge Caravan was brought in in early November, and the service team got right to work. The floor of the family’s van essentially had to be cut out so that a new floor with the necessary equipment could be welded down in its place. After reinstalling the ramp, carpet, and interior, the van was inspected, detailed, and shipped back to its owner!
